After establishing his career in commercial real estate, Daryl joined the Maclellan Foundation serving on the executive committee and helping to lead its global grant-making strategy.
At Maclellan, Daryl helped to launch several organizations related to global generosity, and now travels globally speaking and encouraging global business leaders on generous giving and impact investing.
Daryl actively invests in private equity companies with a particular emphasis on businesses with social impact.
