Theo Economos supports the Thompson Family Office in sourcing co-investment opportunities and strategic partners. He is also a member of Arkas EoM, a networked private equity platform based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Theo brings a diverse background in venture capital, private equity, and technology. Most recently, he was involved in deal sourcing, market analysis, and fundraising at Meta Impact Capital, a web3-focused venture fund. In this role, he evaluated emerging technologies and worked closely with startup founders and portfolio companies to support business development and operations.
Prior to that, Theo was a Research Analyst at PacificBridge Capital, where he focused on identifying and evaluating early-stage investments across HealthTech, FinTech, and InsurTech sectors in Asia. He also held roles at technology firms NexChange and EzeCastle Integration, further building his expertise at the intersection of tech and finance.
Theo began his career in venture capital research, concentrating on tech-enabled startups. Originally from Hong Kong, he currently lives and works in New York City.
Theo earned a B.A. with a dual-major in International Affairs (Focus: Development Economics), and East Asian Studies from Lafayette College.
